Payment
• We accept credit/debit cards and cash.
Appointments
• Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals over 10 minutes will incur a $20 fee.
• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling based on availability.
Guests
• Guests are welcome; however, they are not permitted in the service area or salon suite.
• Guests may enjoy our complimentary amenities in the designated waiting area during your appointment.
Age Policy
• Services are reserved for adult clients. We do not provide services for children.
No Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
• No-call, no-show appointments and same-day cancellations will result in restricted future bookings.
